Monthly Reporting Suite

Billing Status Report

  • Details every case performed during the period
  • Includes patient name, date of service, primary payer, billing status, amount billed, amount expected, amount received from primary, and amount received from secondary

Accounts Receivable Aging Report

  • Sort by payer, AR window, or other metrics
  • Details dollar amounts in AR within each 30-day aging period
  • Provides percentages of total outstanding AR in each period

 

Transaction Report

  • Details all payments received during the period
  • Includes patient name, date of service, amount billed, amount due, transaction date, and transaction amount

Deposit Log

  • Outlines every deposit made during the period
  • Provides the amount paid to ASC after each deposit, including a summary for the period

Accounting Invoice

  • Displays all deposits and transactions for the period
  • Checks are deposited daily as payments are received from payers and patients
